Celebrating my business
This month, Tarasova Coaching celebrates 3 years, and I wanted to share my reflection with you.
Where am I today?
On an emotional level, I have never experienced this much freedom, creativity, self-efficacy and joy. I love what I’m doing and the way I’m doing it.
My business is driven by a deeper purpose - not only to follow my heart and creative flow but also to support others on their journeys to realizing their potential by opening their hearts and minds. I hope that open hearts and minds contribute to a better world for all beings
Coaching business is a great business to be in! I have the flexibility to work in person in the mountains, using the nature as a guide. I work with clients all over the word remotely, and I prioritise my activities based on my needs.
Has it always been easy and peachy? Haha, of course NOT!
My top 3 challenges in the past 3 years:
Staying consistent: I’ve had to focus on what is working rather than constantly inventing new, shiny services, products, or activities.
Believing in myself: When I look around and see so many successful coaches and entrepreneurs, it can sometimes feel like I’m the only one not achieving overnight success. 😂
Asking for what I want: This includes setting the price tag I desire and daring to receive.
My top 3 learning in the past 3 years:
Staying resilient when efforts feel fruitless: I’ve learned that what I’m doing today will grow tomorrow. Setting the expectation that results will be immediate is just setting myself up for failure.
My energy is a client magnet: If I’m drained, there will be no business. If I’m in a state of resourcefulness, business will flow in naturally and with ease.
I am allowed to do business on my terms: There are clients out there for me, and there are people who should work with someone else. It’s as simple as that. I don’t need to become someone else to run my dream business.
What is next?
I realize that there is still more to give and more space to grow. Over the past year, I’ve felt a longing to work with groups. As a result, I’ve started teaching yoga again and initiated a supportive networking community for female leaders. The online self-paced program, Authentic Self, is about to be launched and will also be available as a group coaching program. Next month, we’re launching a pilot mountain biking and yoga retreat. My creative book project is nearing completion, with a goal to finalize it by the end of the year. I’m also looking forward to hosting a yoga and hiking retreat in beautiful Engelberg next year.
Final words
I am deeply grateful to be on this journey, and I thank YOU for being a part of it—through your interest, feedback, collaborations, and attention. It might sound cheesy, but it’s true: without the support of my network, none of this would be possible.
