I have pivoted my career from being a developer to having leadership roles. Eventually, I made a move towards my dream – running my own company and supporting others in their career & life journeys.  

I have chosen coaching as the way of working because this methodology is based on the exploration of your answers. Coaching is meant to help individuals, teams and organizations to find a more sustainable, fun and efficient way of living and working.
